Alydia is a fictional planet introduced to the Star Trek franchise through the 2023 published game 'Star Trek: Resurgence' which was produced by DynamicLabs. Alydia is the home world of the Alydians and capital planet of the Alydian Empire. The planet is located in the Alydian System which is adjacent to the Hotari System. With the nearest Federation founding planet to the Hotari System being Andorria it's sound to assume that such is the nearest to Alydia as well. [1]
