Mr. Kotick is Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Activision Blizzard, Inc., a leading global developer and publisher of interactive entertainment, and has held these positions since 2008. Mr. Kotick served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the predecessor to Activision Blizzard, Inc. from 1991 to 2008. Mr. Kotick is the co-founder of the Call of Duty Endowment, a non-profit public benefit corporation that seeks to help organizations that provide job placement and training services for veterans.
