William "Bud" Luckey (b. July 28, 1934) is an American cartoonistanimator, singer, musician, composer and voice actor. He is best known for his work atPixar as a character designer for Toy StoryBoundin'Toy Story 2A Bug's LifeMonsters, Inc.Finding NemoCarsThe IncrediblesRatatouille and Toy Story 3. As a voice for animated characters Luckey is known as the voice of Rick Dicker in The IncrediblesChuckles the Clown in Toy Story 3 and as the Winnie the Pooh character Eeyore.

Luckey is beloved by generations of Sesame Street viewers for over a dozen short animated films he made for that program—many of which were co-produced/created with his longtime friend and creative collaborator writer/lyricist Don Hadley (1936-2007).
