Superhero Fiction

Superhero fiction is a genre that focuses on the actions of one or more superheroes; individuals who usually possess superhuman abilities relative to a normal person, and are dedicated to protecting the public. Such individuals usually have alternate identities (some, are only known by their 'hero' identity), and often don costumes to conceal who they really are. Typically such fiction draws upon the genres of Action, Fantasy, and Science Fiction.
