In FakeFish's 2023 release of Barotrauma the Dirty Bomb is a low-damage explosive that leaves for a short time a large area that afflicts those within it with the status effect of Radiation Sickness. The in-game description reads, "An explosive compound mixed with highly radioactive material. Though the explosive payload is low, the ensuing fallout will catastrophically irradiate the area."
