Father Clifford is a fictional character appearing in Bethesda Softworks' Fallout 3. He is the Catholic ^[1] priest of St. Monica's Church in Rivet City. During the events of Fallout 3 his church is small and makes due with what little it can but between Fallout 3 and Fallout 4; some time after the Brotherhood of Steel 'salvaged' Rivet City's reactor for their own use the church in Rivet City expanded and by candle light grew both in physical size and membership.
