Friedrich Wedeking (October 10, 1862 – May 5, 1973) was one of the first German supercentenarians. He was born in Blomberg and died in Dortmund. He was one of the founding members of the gliders club, which was started in 1931 and is still active in Blomberg today.
He was the oldest living man from around August 1970, following the death of Khasako Dzugayev, until Wedeking's death at age 110 years, 207 days. He was the last surviving documented person born in 1862.
