Gian Carlo Capicchioni (b. Febuary 19, 1956) was one of the Captain Regents of San Marino along side Anna Maria Muccioli from October 1, 2013 to April 1, 2014. He is a member of the Party of Socialist, and Democrats. Prior to holding this position Gian was Capitano of Serraville, and a member of the Grand and General Council.
