Keila Wolf is a Vampire guitarist in the Adventure Time comic book series 'Adventure Time - Marceline and the Scream Queens' published by BOOM! Studios with her first appearance being in issue one which was released on the 11th of July in the year 2012. In the comic book she and Changeling keyboardist Guy along with the Ghost Bongo comprise Marceline's band the Scream Queens.

There isn't much stated about Keila's history. She is part of Marceline's band along with Bongo and Guy and thus the four of them had to have met at some point prior.

Personality[]
Keila is introduced as a classically trained purveyor of rock who will bite anything but style. [1] She's very confident in herself and the band. She wants to keep them in the best of light and finds herself trying to keep Marceline from lashing out at the crowds though she fails to do so twice. She may or may not have a crush on the keyboardist Guy.
Character Conception[]
She was created by the author Meredith Gran based on the misidentification of Ash, Marceline's ex-boyfriend in the animated series, as a Vampire. Much like Ash Keila has pointed ears and fangs and lacks bite marks on the neck. Unlike Marceline and Ash though the character has more lively colored skin. Even with this origin Ash doesn't appear in the comics and thus the misidentification doesn't show it's self in the narrative but still provided the basis for Keila as a character concept.
Continuity Notes[]
The Adventure Time comic series Keila is from differs slightly from the animated series in some regards and is considered part of the multiverse. The animated miniseries 'Stakes' (set in the primary continuity) reveals that in the past Marceline back when she was just half-demon and not a vampire had killed every Vampire to protect a community of Humans not long after the Great Mushroom War with her own transformation into one coming from a final strike landed upon her by the Vampire King. While the prospect that in the animated series continuity Keila was killed by Marceline during that period in her life does exist, it is not a certainty. It is possible that period in Marceline's life differs in the comic continuity or that Marceline, having the ability to change others into Vampires but never doing so in the animated series, simply did so to Keila in the comic continuity. The absence of bite marks on Keila's neck however make the prospect that events in Marceline's early life are simply different in the continuity of the comics more likely.
