Max Palmer (b. November 27, 1927 – d. May 7, 1984) was 7 feet 7 inches. He was an actor, a pro wrestler and a preacher. Max Palmer was a druid until 1963 when he became an evangelist. Many refered to him as the "Golaith of Christ". He would continue to preach till he died of liver failure in 1984. Max is buried at Carrie Springs Baptist Church in Pontonic Mississippi.
