Sooraya Qadir aka Dust aka Glass aka Congregation is a fictional character created by Ethan van Sciver and Grant Morrison of Marvel Comics. She made her first appearance in New X-Men issue 133. Sooraya is a Afghani refugee who enrolled in Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters in the United States of America. She can turn into a living cloud of sand and in such a form survive any sand storm. Sooraya was one of a few students to retain her powers after an event known as the Decimation which decreased the Mutant population on Earth and resulted in a number of students leaving the school due to the lose of mutant attributes.
