Teddington is an alternate universe version of Teddington Twingersnap in the Viva Pinata animated TV show. She and her brother Tina where rescued by Franklin when he was accidently launched through the Cannonatta into an alternate dimension. Pinata Island's dictator, Spanklin, had Teddington and her brother Tina marked for Re-Normalization after the two failed to demonstrate a uniformity of action with others at a skate park. The Re-Normalization process would have been a painful one involving a helmet and devices of unknown purpose. [1]
Teddington was like the other inhabitants of Pinata Island among those being sent to Pinata Parties before Spanklin changed. According to Tella (the alternate universe version of Ella) Spanklin was a really nice guy until the factory (as Pinata Central was known in that reality) wouldn't let Spanklin go to any parties because they declared him empty one day (he failed the Candiosity test). In the aftermath of Spanklin's revolt against Pinata Central Teddington endured Spanklin's rule for a good while. After being rescued by Franklin she attended Spanklin's birthday speech where in Franklin managed to set the dictator right. She was thus witness to Spanklin stepping down and announcing that the Cannonatta would be made operational again. [1]
She differs from the Prime Universe version of Teddington in that she's not only feminine (and presumably female) but has a less formal more casual accent where her brother Tina is masculine and has the more formal accent associated with prime universe Teddington. Teddington and her brother Tina are also more inclined to agree with each other while their Prime Universe counterparts are prone to disagreement. [1] It's not known, due to her lower half being concealed by a roller skate, if she was born a Syrupent or if she and her brother where unjoined at some point in the Spanklin Universe in a fashion akin to what happened in the prime universe.
