The Subjugator in the Fallout franchise is a metafictional antagonist from a pre-war animated television series called Armor Ace and the Power Patrol. He was introduced to the franchise through the 'One Wasteland For All' update to Fallout 76 which was published on 2020 September 15. In Armor Ace and the Power Patrol the Subjugator is as the "Secretary of Oppression" leader of the Red Vipers who seek to subjugate and oppress the entire world. Armor Ace and the Power Patrol oppose the Red Vipers efforts at global domination. Narratively the Red Vipers are stand-ins for the People's Liberation Army with the series serving as propaganda for the United States effort in the global Resource Wars.
