Zaguresu is a female Xilien antagonist in the Stop Motion/Live Action TV Show 'Godzilla Island'. She first comes to Earth to destroy Godzilla Island (and all the Monsters upon it) in preparation for a Xilien invasion of Earth only to be stopped by the G-Guard and alien Torema whose planet she had destroyed prior to arriving on Earth. Zaguresu is distinguished from her fellow Xiliens in that she in fact has emotions. Largely she takes pleasure in her work where other Xiliens do not feel pleasure nor satisfaction- having long ago allowed computers to control their lives. This is mildly explained in that the series (being set in 2097) has seen the Xilien's embrace for unstated reasons the emotions they had set aside eons ago. Like other Xiliens Zaguresu has the power to control the minds of monsters. After having been driven away from the island her mission would be taken up by the Xilien Landes who like her also had emotions. Zaguresu would not return to Earth until a change of plans- take control of the monsters and use them to conquer Earth. Of which she joined Landes in carrying out- though she failed.
